Screen Unlock Screen bypass

Anybody else notice that the Samsung Fascinate Unlock Screen that appears on the updated Fascinate Screen along with the Emergency Call button can be simply unlocked without entering any password just by pressing the Emergency call button on screen, then pressing the return key between the home screen button and the search button at the base of the phone.

If I remember correctly, this could be done on a couple other phones as well. I think it was an Android issue in itself.
