Screen Wake with Notification for LGV20?

When I receive a notification and the screen is off the notification is displayed on the second screen, I never notice it. Most other phones would wake the entire screen and display the notification on the lock screen. Is there a way to do this with a v20?

There are apps for that. Try a few and see what works for you. I use NILS.
