screen white down one side

hi does any 1 know how i can fix this. i dropped my phone (only about 1 foot off floor) and now its has gone white down the left side of phone and the touch screen wont work. has any one got any help on this please

Welcome to Android Central! Sounds like there has been some physical damage to the screen or other internals. You may have to bring it to a repair shop. If you're lucky, maybe it was just a connection that was jarred loose.
