Screen wierd resolution

Yesterday I was paying more attention than normal to the watch that doesn't even have a month old and the screen wasn't normal so this morning I started looking around and I found the screen kind of green.. The face is supposed to be all black but look green, and at the app screen you see the icons not really crisp.. I compare that screen with my wife one and her is perfect beautiful perfect, I downloaded two faces that I never use wand the calculator app, I unistalled all of then but still

I don't know how to restar without reset so I will return the watch under the warranty

Those dots on the blue circle are one of the issue, the main face screen look like green where is supposed to be black.
