Screen wont go to sleep!

Ive tried every thing factory reset, battery pull, moved the time out option to all settings and my screen will not time out. Any body having the same issues??

Are you hooked up to anything?

You can go to Settings > Applications > Stay Awake and see if that is checked (but this is only when hooked up to USB).

The OP wasn't specific on when the phone won't go to sleep but I found this thread after I've been experiencing this issue.

I'm currently having an issue with the phone screen staying on when I press the power button to turn the screen on (but keep locked), and after I miss a phone call (screen turns on to display call but doesn't turn off).

I have my timeout setting at 2 minutes and have waited several minutes past this and I had to turn the screen off manually.

Anyone able to replicate this issue?

I had something go wonky yesterday evening ... I'm starting to think that power cycle one a day isn't a bad idea.

My screen wont go to sleep after any use what so ever, if I press the power button to "wake" the screen or if it wakes after a phone call. No matter what I have to put it to sleep manually. Already went to the best buy where I purchased and they are gonna be exchanging it as soon as their next shipment comes in.
