I entered the code in and it came with options and when I checked it the y axis was not moving does this mean anything

So I smacked my phone with hand. Literally smacked it. It works now.

You're a true genius. My girlfriends g flex 2 wouldn't turn anymore, so we did as you suggested. Smacked it, now it works like a charm again!
