Screen wont swipe on Blu after screen replacement

My Blu Life Play Mini phone screen cracked. I ordered a new one and brought it to the phone repair shop for fixing. But the phone is not swiping. What is the problem? The guy in the repair shop tried to fix it for 2 days and could not. What do I do? Someone please explain this to me.

First, Was It ONLY The Glass Or Was It The Glass And Digitizer?

Well, The Only Thing I Could Say Is The Digitizer Got Damaged During Shiping/Installment. You Would Have To Buy The Screen Again If This Is The Case.
