Just picked up the z flip 5 and I am wondering how well the screens hold up. I am looking for feedback from long time flip owners.

I've had the Flip 3, Flip 4 and now the Flip 5. I only had the prior two a year each and then traded in for the next model. So I can't give a long term report. My Flip 3 had no issues. The Flip 4 just before the Flip 5 came out developed a slight separation of the inside screen protector (factory one) in the hinge area. I believe this is fairly common. Samsung replaced it free of charge and I traded it in on the Flip 5 the next week (smile). No major issues in my opinion.

This screen on the flip 5 is awesome.. crease feels less when you run your fingers through it

I wouldn't let the delaminating screen protector worry you too much. I know a flip 3 owner who still hasn't had delamination of the screen protector. Besides, Samsun will replace it free up to a year I believe.

Actually, they will replace it after more than a year. I had my flip 3 for 2 years. It was probably around 15 or 16 months the protector cracked and started separating at the crease. Took it in and the protector was replaced free of charge. Worked like new. I would have keep the 3 but the trade in deal was too good to pass up for the 5.

Hi, where do you take it for replacement? How long were you without your phone?

The name was you break I fix, or something along those lines. They had the phone for maybe an hour and a half.

I had this done with my Flip 4. U Break I Fix is the name of where I took mine also. They did it in 4 hrs so I wasn't without it for very long.
