Screenshot stuck

I took a screenshot & somehow it's got stuck in the notification panel. Clicking on it does nothing & I can't swip it away. Also it says is saving screenshot & when I go into my gallery it's not there. It's been like this for 3 hours. How can i get the screenshot saved or deleted from the notification panel?

Turn the device off and back on again

Nope but I have now fixed it by taking another screenshot which worked like it should but my first screenshot has disappeared completely. Just happy it's back to normal now.
