Try and restart the phone make sure to take out the battery. This happened to me once I did that all went well from there.

I'm still able to do screen shots, both with the button combo, the s-pen, and the palm swipe...

I'm using the AT&T variation (Note 4 & Note Edge)

Don't know what your problem is

Can you tell me how to use the S pen for a screen shot.

When you take the s pen out and the menu comes up, click on screenwrite and it will take a screen shot. Make sure you are on the page you want screen shot before you click screenwrite though.

The only issue that I've noticed on the Lollipop upgrade is that when I do decide to do a screen write, it may hang up, and even if I close the associated program and the process, it still hangs up the next time, and I will contact ATT support about that, maybe that is something they haven't paid attention to. But it sucks.

Thank you!

I really need to get to know my S Pen better, lol.

I have a note 3 (Verizon) and cannot screen shot in any way since lollipop update. I gave pulled the battery and it still won't work. I always used my pen before. Very frustrating!

Also, if your Spen is already out and the action memo is not up on the screen, hold your Spen to the screen and press the button on the Spen and the action memo will come on for you to hover/select one of the 4 options it gives you.

All three methods of taking a screen shot work both on my Note 4 with 5.0.1 and my Note 3 with 5.0.
I did do a factory reset with both immediately after upgrading.
