Google 'Asus Transformer Weather apk' - you'll find lots of links. XDA has many variations - with or without ice cubes, different color, ice cubes replaced with a rubber ducky, liquid is now beer and ice cubes replaced with a lime, etc etc...

Here is the link that i used for the asus transformer weather widget. Look for the link for the mega upload one, and click on it. Download it, then you will need a file manager to find the saved file. Extract the file, and install the signed apk, the unsigned didnt work for me.
