I have had no luck with the 'draw an S' for scrolling screenshot feature. Does anyone know an alternative method for initiating this?
Especially when Honor is requesting a copy of your invoice for the 90 day free screen replacement. Purchased from Newegg so I didn't have a paper invoice. On the s7, you can take a regular screen shot and it would automatically give you the option to do a rolling screen shot

No it's set to the date of purchase. Glad Newegg is so fast with getting orders ready to ship + I have Shoprunner so 2 day shipping was free.Wow, I would have expected it to be set to the activation date. But they might not keep record of that

I originally took a regular screenshot of as much of the specific invoice page as I could. I received an email a short time later that requested another copy of my invoice (jpeg or PDF)so I guess the first wasn't good enough. I will say this, if this experience speaks to how the rest of their customer service is going to be then I'm impressed. Support contacting Me at 1 a.m.? An actual live person, or automated, somebody is working around the clock.
