SD card as External storage

Hi guys,

How do I make my SD card show up as External storage device when plugging my Samsung s7 edge into my MacBook pro ? I want to add videos etc onto it for plane flights.
I've Google and YouTube but no luck

I used android file transfer on my Mac to put things on my S7 edge. Just google android file transfer and install it on your Mac. Make sure Samsung Smart Switch is uninstalled from your Mac, if you have it on there.
