If it's a SanDisk, go to SanDisk microSD Tech Support, upper right, to Live Chat, and ask for assistance. (They actually redid their cards when Samsung messed up an S3 update and cards started failing. The new cards didn't fail under the bad update.)

If it's any other brand, it could be just a bad card (and if it's a cheap card, that's usually a good bet), or a problem in the phone. In any case, back everything on the card up to a PC or laptop, and to a cloud account while you can still access the card.

You should have multiple backups. And reformat/erase it. Not hope it's okay and continue to use it.

Good SD cards are dirt cheap. Use a PC to copy data on the old card and paste into the new card. Do it before the old card fails.

One word of warning, buy your replacement card from a reputable company, there are many counterfeit cards being sold on eBay. Buyer beware.
