Well I went by vzw yesterday and of course the rep wanted to go through all the bs tests before he replaced my SD card. All in all it was too totally painful. Didn't like the rep too much, he was slow and ripped the damn plastic of the back of my phone that I have kept on there since I purchased it. idiot!

Awesome! You should make them give you a months free service for taking the plastic off the back of your phone without asking. I hate then they assume they own the device just because you have service with them.

I wish I could! It seriously pissed me of that he did that. He didn't take the whole thing off but he ripped it and now it looks like crap! Reps are such d-bags, inless you get one that owns the same device and they actually know what they are talking about!

I agree most reps don't have a clue. I have a soapbox for that, but I will leave it in the closet for now.

Take the plastic off and get you a nice thin silicon case. Thats what I would do. I bet if you went down there and told them you kept that plastic on there for a reason and the rep just ripped it off without asking they would comp you a case.

The store here where I live is good for doing right by you like that.

Yea well the store I went to is full of a bunch of d-bags. I avoid going to this store at all costs, but I had to go to a corp store so I could get my new SD card.

Also I do have a case on it, I just kept the plastic on the back becasue there was really no reason to take it off since the case covers it. I don't know maybe a weird OCD thing.
