SD Card says blank

I put my other battery in after I forgot to charge my phone last night. Now my phone is telling me that my SD card is blank and that it needs to be reformatted. Any ideas?

Did you try unmounting it, restarting the phone, and remounting it?

Yes, it tries to mount then stops and says it's blank again.

probably a bad sd card... had that happen with my 32gb sandisk... phone would read it then not read it... multiple times a day... then nada...

I sure hope not. And if it is I hope LG will replace it for me. This is the 200gb card that was part of the give away in November.
