Sd Card went blank :/

Hey guys so recently I brought an HTCdesire 510 about two months ago and my SD card was working fine then for the pass couple of days I've been charging my phone using my Xbox via the USB cable then I tried playing music from my phone using it as a media server but it wouldn't load so I disconnected it after that my phone started acting weird then my SD card went blank now I'm not a pro when it comes to things like this but it happened on my last phone but when it did I wiped the cache off of my SD card from the hard reboot setting and I was able to recover my pictures (don't ask me how it just worked) I tried that on my new phone hoping that would be the case here but sadly it still says blank SD or unsupported filesystem I don't want to format it because I have many important files on it is there any way to fix this problem?
