how do i fix sd card that is blank or uusupported

Welcome to Android Central! What happens when you insert it into your device? Does it give you an option to format? If so, accept it, since it's best to have the phone do the formatting.

Otherwise, you could insert the card into your computer (using a fullsize SD adapter) and format it there.

Ive done that it still says format sd

Do you mean you tried formatting it in your phone, or in your computer, or both?
