SD wont mount to tablet but will to phone! Helps!

I have a TMAX go tablet. I have tried to use an SD card because there is basically no memory on the tablet itself. However, the SD card is either not mounted or it says mounted and the place where the bar would show diagram of free space is blank and it says 0.00 total. When I pop it in my phone, I get the pretty diagram and 7.4gb or on my 2gb one 1.4gb free. So the SD cards are working, but something is angry on my tablet. Also, when I connect tablet to PC I can see the drives on my files but when I try to access the files on my tables I get an error that the removal disk isn't connected.

Welcome to Android Central! Insert the card into your computer, open Windows Explorer, right-click the card, and tap Properties. What filesystem is the card formatted in? If it's NTFS or exFAT, it's possible that the tablet can't read that format. Not all devices can use those formats--FAT32 is the most universal filesystem.
