Search bar bug

Rooted or un rooted I have had this issue. After I use the search bar widget on my desk to it gets stick at the top of my screen over my beautiful widgets weather widget. Then it becomes unresponsive almost as if it becomes part of the wallpaper anyone else have this issue?

Make sure you use the new google search widget that has the blue background and white "G" and see if it doesn't get stuck.(this is the new google search widget 2.2)

Don't use the old google search widget that has the white background and blue "G"(this is the old google search widget 2.1)This one got stuck for me as well .
