Searching for GPS

I constantly have a notification that says "Searching for GPS". My house is located in a valley where I believe that it cannot find GPS here. (Cell reception is awful). However, I turned off GPS and it still gives that message. Any ideas?

It could be an app running that uses gps.

It brings me to Location & Security Settings when I tap it. But I don't have My Location services selected.

I thought it may be a weather app (I have weatherbug and accuweather installed right now). But I don't think I have anything selected in there that would cause it to constantly be searching for gps.

So what do you guys think?

Also, is it sapping my battery by constantly "searching for gps"?
