that will help me with a couple different things I'm looking to do on my new DX:

a) password protect my text messages

b) give me the option to time delay my camera when I take a picture.

c) make the volume on my calls louder. Not sure if there is even anything like this out there but one of the few disappoints I found after switching from my blackberry (and trust me I cant count them on one hand) is how low call volume is.

I can only respond to your last request. In settings, make sure the master volume control is high... even maybe at the highest point. Your phone call volume settings will use this setting (whatever you have it at) as the highest it can go.

..... and to add what Arelunde said about the master volume setting if you untick the box you can have your notifications sound set at a different level then the phong ring volume is
