Searching in Corporate Email

Probably a stupid question, but how do you search your emails in a corporate account? Just upgraded to ICS and the search icon is gone. Can't find it in the menu, so I'm stuck. Seems very basic to have. I couldn't find anything about this on the forums, so hoping it's just me.
