Second hand on clock

ON my note 8 and android 11, when it went to sleep, the clock would come onto the screen, but it also had a second hand.
I do not see this now, can it be enabled?

Would that be Always on Display? I don't have an S23 or even use AoD, but it's in Settings and then Lock screen, if you'd like to check.

You using 3rd party launcher?

The always on display from the galaxy store has it, but to far, cannot get it to work
