Sectioning off Gmail accounts

Not really a phone question, more of an OS questions.

With my work email I have 5 accounts in the gsuite. I just got a Pixel and love it, but would really love a little more control and sectioning off of my email accounts. I downloaded additional email apps but they are all pulling emails and its frustrating.

Work email = aquamail and dont want this to push or notify.

Personal = Gmail have two accounts that I would like here.

Side Hustles = inbox app, have two that I would like here.

I know that I can turn off notifications but I would like them to be even more contained and separate. Is there a way to do this?

First of all, Hello! I personally use Google Inbox app for this type of segregation. Works wonderfully and it may a solution for you.

Did you ever come up with a fix for this? I'm in a similar situation and would love a way to separate my accounts. Google Inbox doesn't appear to support Exchange.
