Secure Folder Disappearing Files

Like the title states, random folders and files have disappeared from my Secure Folder. Someone did reply to this and sent me a link, but that did not address my issue. I have no issues moving items in and out of the folder. A couple days ago, I noticed alot of missing folders. The next day when I opened it, I noticed more files were missing from folders. I ran a recovery app and it did locate the named folders, but they were empty. I am not able to fully backup everything with Samsung software because I have Verizon and am limited to 15GB. The secure folder app is up to date. This is really weird. Luckily I did have everything backed up elsewhere, but whats the point of this folder if it randomly deletes your info. I ran into the same issue on my Note 8. BTW I did not install any new apps prior to this happening. Any relevant advice would be helpful Thanks.

It's a Samsung issue, so just make sure that anything important is backed up as soon as possible, and wait for them to come out with a fix.
