Secure folder keeps popping notifications?

I keep getting a notification from the secure folder saying "new notification. Tap here to enter secure folder" but when I tap nothing happens. I got into the secure folder notification settings and shut down all notifications, but it keeps popping. I also got into the phone notifications settings but it doesn't let me shut down the alerts from secure folder. I've attached a screenshot of the notification. Hope you can help, thank you

Make sure all apps you're using in private mode are up-to-date.

In the settings you can disable notifications from apps running inside the folder. Open the folder, hit the three dot menu, Settings, Notifications and Data, App notifications, toggle off All apps
