Secure Folder Password Reset Issue

[Android Central Question]

Somehow my secure folder password is no longer working, I know it's the same one I was using before but after the update it won't work, the problem is, when I click reset password it says log in to samsung account to reset and when I click continue I get a black screen with a spinning circle that never goes away.

I have confirmed that I am signed into the samsung account, I updated the samsung account password, I rebooted the phone, I tried taking the phone off wifi as well. Please help, important stuff in threre and it says 9 tries remaining!
