Secure notifications after reboot

Has anyone noticed that after reboots, one's secure notifications are purely visible? I have a separate Reddit account that I use under my Samsung Secure folder. Notifications are enabled. Generally I'll just get a private notification indicating that I have something in my secure Reddit account.

Well I reboot my phone every Sunday morning (automatically through the OS). And upon booting up I'll get the full blown unlocked notification alert. Anyone else notice this too?

Hmm, I wonder if that his a stock process, since the device restarted.
Maybe post something in the Samsung Support chat. Since the device is well within the warranty period, they should offer support chat, freely.
