Sign out of your Samsung account, assuming you are, then clear the cache partition and reboot. Then sign in to Samsung account.
If that does not work, enter safe mode and try. If still not, the update corrupted something. Good luck.

I've tried all you suggested ... did not work .. !
I tried to log in by pc .. it shows "empty" and can't move it ..
The option to move just disappeared ...??
