For the record I have a ticket open with Sprint but the ticket has been open for 3 weeks and they have yet to get back to me on a solution. When I am not on Wi-Fi I am unable to check my email for the domain suddenlink.net. I get an error about security and it makes it impossible to do anything in the email until I get back to Wi-Fi. If I go into the settings for the email account and try to save any changes it's unable to connect to the domain. I am using IMAP instead of Pop 3 so that I can see all of my email messages. This is not an exchange account it's just a simple IMAP. Are there any tools that I can download on my phone that will let me test the connection and see where the problem lies?
