Security issue...

I made a purchase online from my phone with a credit card and Android Pay popped up and asked me to add the card. It had all the card info except for the security code. Why is Android Pay monitoring my activities? Very uncomfortable with this.

It does that to help make payments easier, you don't have to add it but it helps when filling in payment information.
