Security Update Weirdness

I've been having a lot of trouble with my right thumbprint and the FPS, so I figured I would delete and recreate it. I opened the Settings page and then Security and was confronted with this:

I tapped the second entry and came to this:

Hmmm, that's odd - Pretty certain that I just checked system updates yesterday. Let me check again:

So, what's going on here?

That's almost certainly for the Google Play system update, not the monthly security patch.
