Is there a difference? I have the U.S. GT7 Plus but flashed the U.K. version of ICS until the U.S. version was released. Didn't notice any difference between the two. But if you want to, couldn't you just flash the U.S. version? I was able to flash the U.K. version on my US model.
Wasn't quite sure if there was a difference. I know I am without Media Hub. But I never use that anyways. Other than that I couldn't tell u. I was hoping someone could let me know. Thanks

I don't recall if the UK version of ICS I was using had media hub as I never use it either. But other than that, I haven't noticed any difference. You can download media hub from Samsung app store.
