Seesmic no longer compatible?

Apparently the most recent update is no longer compatible with my device..... Anyone else having this issue or does it have something to do with my phone being rooted and running 4.0.4?

I have played around with a couple of 4.0.3 ROMs and had no problems with the market. As soon as I flashed 4.0.4 I had at least 3 apps that are invisible to my GN. Even the free Seesmic is invisible. All a see is the PRO version. I also have an app in my purchased que that says "Your device isn't compatible with this item " where the download button should be.
I was told by a developer that there were issues with the Markets check out code. Hope it's fixed in 4.0.5!
