Seidio Active S3 Case Review

Great review. Only thing that was a surprise was no screen protector.

Case looks great. Watched your review the other day and ordered one a few days later.

Thanks for taking the time to do so many case reviews!

I wonder if Seidio has made the skeletons a little stronger than previous cases. Those hinges that hold the skeleton tend to BREAK easily after some time. Take notice how much a replacement skeleton costs. Hope they hold well for you all!

Thanks for the comments guys!

The skeleton seems strong to me, I doubt there would be an issues with it breaking. Overall a really nice case :D

I also have the active case and I love it, seems like good protection and I like the kickstand

Glad you like it, I do find myself using it a lot. Still like the Walnutt bumper the most though, apart from the colour

I just received the active case with kickstand earlier today. It's really actually very nice. The silicone does attract some dust and a little heft, but other than that it feels good and doesn't add a lot of bulk. I measured the dimensions with a ruler and it adds 4.4mm to each dimension... Just as advertised!

Glad you like it, over time the rubber seems to attract less dust and lint

they really make a good case. I had this case for my og evo. It protected the phone pretty good. Trust me. . I dropped that thing alot. Eventually the Skeleton did break but I was about done with it by then. Thanks for the review though because I was really thinking about going back with this case being I just got my s3.

No worries, glad it helped

Got the seidio case in royal blue, better IMO than otterbox commuter. Otterbox is rough on the side buttons. Removed hard plastic in corners, why? Bad Idea IMO

I prefer it but they both offer different levels of protection. I know which case i'd rather do drop tests with my phone in lol

thanks for the review. but i prefer something less bulky. and i find the product to be a bit too masculine looking for my taste~ :p

I have the Royal Blue one on my S3.
I am going to put in my drawer and go back to my "Surface" case.
I don't feel that it protects the phone enough.

I just got this case (with the holster). It's a nice case but I actually wish you could get it without the kickstand. It adds an annoying bulge when holding the phone. Also, when the phone is flat, you can't press the home button without the other side flipping up into the air. I think the protection is good though and I'm sticking with it for now.

Thanks for the review!

they doo sell a version without the kickstand seen it on amazon as well in seidionline.com

I think i'd prefer the one without the kick stand, it is useful but i'd rather have the back of the case flat and live without the kickstand.
