seidio rugged case

So I bought the rugged case thinking it would protect the phone, but it scratched the side of the phone. Has this happened to anyone else?

I have not had that particular phone case but yes I have had others that scratched the sides. You will find many snap-on cases do that over time as dust gets underneath them. I try to get cases now that are real snug (1 piece) or have a liner in them.
