Seidio Surface innocase - help

I got the case since I broke the last thunderbolt's screen.

It's an awesome case but I can't get it off. I read the intstructuions and nothing.

I also checked the videos on YouTube. Even when I press the logo under the seem nothing happens. It seems completely stuck.

Any suggestions?

hold the phone in landscape and hold both sides at the left and right side of the crack in the back and pull apart, don't even touch the logo...had to edit this like 8 times because I'm so bad at trying to put words together to explain things lol

Yup this is the only way I could get mine off when I had to. It's a really nice looking case but it's on there pretty tight, so hope you don't have to do many battery pulls/swaps while using it.

It would be very minimal at best. More for scratch/scuff protection. I use it with a screen protector and try to be very careful with my phone. You need an Otterbox or something if you're worried about impact.
