Select apps won't install on zenwatch 2

Most apps install fine but there are a few select apps that I cannot get to install. Ive tried doing a factory reset, cleared the cache, force stopped the play store... I've been trying to fix this problem for a few days and can't figure it out.

I went though a period where the Messages app would not complete installation. After about a week it finally started working.

As many improvements as Wear 2.0 brought, it also gave us a lot of bugs and issues. Everything you did I would have done or recommended.
