I searched every where i could think of for this answer. I know handcent does this for text messages for example when composing a new text you can hit the + and it will bring up all your contacts and you can check or uncheck all the ones you want to send a message to instead of having to type each name, but is there a way to do this with emails. Thanks

You're overtginking it. Just start typing the contact's name. The predictive text will populate every contact with that name and default to their email address - select that person. You'll notice a comma after their email address. Then, just start typing the next contact, the predictve text does the same thing for the next person and so on.

yeah i know you can do that, but i use the email alot and have to send out emails to alot of people at once i have thought about makeing groups and all that but its never the same people i send to, it would be tons easier if you could just go down a list and check the ones you want.

OK I see what the issue is. You're right. It would be a pain to have to type name, select, type name, select, and on and on. ... rather that just scroll thru a list and check mark this one, this one, this one. Especially if you're not doing the same groups every time and would have multiple random people every time.

Good luck, keep looking. When you find a decent solution - post it here to share.

Will do hope someone will have a good solution or maybe a dev. Will see this and make something I would pay for a good app that does this.

Not that I can find so far, this has been one of my gripes with the phone also. Seems like a pretty basic thing to include but I guess it was lost in the mix somewhere.

This is the same for mass texts. U can't unless u type out each recipient. I hate that.

have u tried email apps in the market? not sure if this is your personal email or gmail. but for text messages, handcent for example has a batch add operation where u check off contacts. I'd just assume that replacement email apps from market would have this feature

yes there is one called email address picker but it only works for composing new emails doesnt help with forwarding or repling, i wish there was a handcent for email thats exactly what i want.
