Selective 4G outage?

I heard the javelinas are blocking 4G in cave creek.

Mine has been spotty since yesterday and most of the time i cant get 1x or 3G.

I was at a Scottsdale corporate Verizon store yesterday. The manager is a friend of mine. His TB said 1X while mine said 3G.........go figure His is set to choose either LTE or CDMA

Earlier my phone had no data while my friend's Thunderbolt showed 4G. I'm rooted stock while he's just stock. I just got 4G back. I'm in Sacramento, CA.
