Not sure what the issue may be that you're referring to, but, you could try clearing the cache, or disabling the camera app, re booting and then enabling again.

It's not that good

in low light it doesn't work...but in good light it works but not as good as dual cameras

I cleared storage from apps. Now works good

In selective focus mode photos are without any blurr background effect.
