Self service feature

Hello, How do I access the self service feature on the galaxy s4? I accidentally ran across it and haven't been able to again. It shows phone and data usage. I know how to acquire this usage in other ways. I'm just curious about this feature. Thanks....

Go to your settings menu, select the "More" tab, then tap "Activate Device". That will display your plan and usage data.
