Self service feature

Hello, How do I access the self service feature on the galaxy s4? I accidentally ran across it and haven't been able to again. It shows phone and data usage. I know how to acquire this usage in other ways. I'm just curious about this feature. Thanks....

You mean the carrier app? Or the widget? Verizon has one to see your account usage and also a widget to see your data usage

I was messing around in the settings on my Sprint SGS4 and just accidentally came across that. No app or widget was involved.
