Selfie Camera issues

So I bought my note 8 Saturday from best buy. It was open box and that could very well be my issue but when I switch over to the selfie camera it will either just display a black screen or whatever the rear camera was focused on before switching to the selfie camera.

Anybody experience this?

Can I suggest that you disable the camera. So, settings, apps, camera, disable.

The re boit and enable again.
