Thinking of selling my VM One V, and that is rooted. Any problems I or the buyer might run into?

As long as it's on the stock ROM, it can be activated.

Just make sure to tell the buyer it is rooted. They can easily brick it if they don't know what they are doing with a rooted phone,

This, but I'm thinking you'd be safer off unrooting it and relocking the bootloader.

If I were him, I would wait to unroot until I spoke with the buyer. They actually may pay more for a rooted phone. If you tell them it's rooted, and they want it stock, you can always unroot and relock it then.
