Selling and purchasing of htc one

I purchased HTC one M7 on August 1, 2013. I was planning to sell it and uprade to HTC One M8 instead.
Should I go for the change?
If yes then at what price should I sell my old phone?HTC one M7

I would recommend checking a few places. First you can look in our own Android Central Marketplace and see what some HTC One (M7) have sold for. If that doesn't answer your question then look at eBay or Swappa for some more examples for pricing.
