Selling my G4, how much should I ask for?

I have an at&t G4 that I need to sell. However the value on this phone has dropped so fast that there's no way I can get close to what I still owe. But I want to get as much as possible. It comes with a bunch of stuff too. How much should I realistically expect to get for it?

If it's in great condition, I'd say maybe start around $300. Swappa shows mint and good condition ones going $280-300, so that can give you an idea. I would caution you that if you have one of the early batches made before September, you could have a hard time selling it. If I were a buyer, I wouldn't touch one of those second hand because warranties typically don't transfer when resold. Even at $100, it'd be too much of a risk to buy one of them with all the brick without warning problems, the Sprint recall, and LG's resent press release surrounding the issue.

Yeah I got my phone in late November and they game me a manufactured 7/2015 G4 from t-mobile so this phone was sitting around some where for awhile. But I picked it up for $325 at that time new.

*sigh* Well I guess I'll just keep it. This is one of the two major reasons I won't be buying any LG devices anymore. I've been paying $23 a month since September and I still owe $580 according to at&t. I know they overcharge for their phones but still this is ridiculous. LG phones don't hold their value at all.

It has a beautiful large screen, fast processor, fantastic camera, SD card and removable battery. Isn't that what you want in a phone? I do. Keep it.

It also has a plastic build that I don't care for, no fingerprint scanner, no USB C, bad speaker placement, is very slow to charge, and is unforgivably slow to get updates. These are my issues. I have already bought a nexus 6p, so now I have two phones.

Sounds like you need a new cellular company just as much or more than you need another phone.

Well the plan price isn't the problem, and the customer service I've gotten has always been great. But many of their phones are extremely over priced. I won't ever be buying an LG again at all, and I won't be buying anything from at&t unless the price is right.
