Send Audio MMS

Hello I was wondering if there is a way to send an audio mms such as a ring tone saved on the phone to a friend... Excuse me if this has already been answered or already talked about I did search and came up empty handed.

Don't think so. As of right now, you can only record yourself and send as an mms. U can ad the sound you recorded as an additional slide to ad it to a picture in the mms. Thats about it. The HTC messaging client will allow you to ad any sound you want from the eris. That would be a 1-up on HTC over android standard messaging.

Seems you can accomplish what you want with the Handcent SMS app. Have to select "slideshow", then add picture, audio, etc. Only glitch I'm running into is that it seems to only look at the ringtone folder for sound to add. If anyone knows how to get it to look into other folders, I'd love to know.

You can change the conversation settings back to "Android," and that will go away.
