Send texts at specific times

Are there any apps that I can use to schedule texts to go out?
if I want a text to go to my babysitter each day at specific times.
to remind her to put my kid for nap. wake up from nap. eat. etc...
so schedule about 5 texts to go out with specific messages every day.
